FLUCON was founded in Mumbai, India in 1980 by a group of engineers, experienced in design and metallurgy, to manufacture top quality products for fluid handling. FLUCON served as a manufacturing supplier for reputed companies like Alfa Laval, Glaxo, Pfizer in India... we served dairy, food processing and edible oil industries. From 1995, after the Indian economy opened up, FLUCON received orders from Europe and since then, we have grown in ability and experience  now we manufacture and export 100% of our production of highest quality hygienic stainless steel products. Our production process ensures that no mechanical damage or flaws occur during manufacturing. Cleaning procedures incorporate multi-process degreasing and washing steps provided to eliminate any residues of hydrocarbons and stains, using deionized water. Our procedures and process capabilities ensure formation of a stabilized passive layer increasing corrosion resistance.

Our raw material selection guarantees the correct finish requirements, chemical composition and passivity state, with no physical or metallurgical flaws to ensure maximum clean-ability.

We have full traceability for each of our products. Our traceability starts with certifications and incoming inspection of raw materials, through in-process quality assurance, final inspection, marking and packaging. The manufacturing systems are completely documented and approved by TUV NORD for  ISO 9001:2008 certification.
